Student and employee attendance management is recorded everyday by the class teacher. Web admin can maintain employment for teaching and non-teaching staff related information in this module. Personal data, attendance records, leave and payroll management, class allotment and reports.
Notifications / alerts can be sent via SMS and emails to parents/guardians individually or in bulk by the educational institute. This may include semester results, attendance and other information.
Conveyance management is also a unique feature of this software. It is possible to store driver, helper and student details for each vehicle, assign a driver and students to each vehicle on a specific route and generate boarding reports and route maps. Vehicle scheduling at pre-determined timings will help effective management of fleet. It will record the transportation fees received from students.
Student fees, collections, employee salaries and all other financial details can be managed through this module and it can be integrated with financial software packages such as Tally.
